Dear Families, I hope everyone has a wonderful long Easter weekend, and has the opportunity to share time with family and friends. A reminder that there will be no school on Monday. A fairly quiet week when we return on Tuesday.

Dear Families, It was good to return after the break, see all the smiles coming in the door, and get back to the business of school! As we head into the last stretch of March, I want to thank families for your continued support of our school community.

Dear Families, I hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable March Break. We will see everyone again the week after next when we continue the journey to June. When we come back it will be a very quiet week event wise.

Dear Families, Hard to believe March Break is almost upon us! As the weather moves from frigid to sunny, remember that the yard becomes very wet in the spring, and extra socks and pants in school bags are always a good idea.

Dear families, March is here! Hopefully this means that spring is coming in and winter is heading out, I think we have all had enough of the snow for this year. In School Day just two days left to place March hot lunch orders.

Dear families, With the bus cancellations today and impending weather, the Family Dance Party scheduled for this evening has been postponed until next Friday Feb, 27th. Students had the chance to watch Olympic hockey both in their classes and on the big screen in the gym yesterday and today.

Dear families, This is Family Day weekend, so no school on Monday. I hope everyone is able to spend some time together as a family this weekend. We all might get a chance to spend some time outside as well, with warmer temperatures finally in the forecast!

Dear families, We are well into winter now and the temperature is certainly not coming up. With these frigid temperatures please ensure students leave for school with all their winter gear.

Dear families, Next week is February and I don't know about you, but Napanee Ned or whatever or local groundhog is called better call for an early spring! I think we need a break from constant snow and arctic temperatures!

Dear families, A busy week next week at TPCS as we celebrate Literacy Week! There will be reading events all week, check out the poster below. Families will receive a bingo card tonight with home activities. Complete 4, return the card and be entered in the draw to win a new book!

Dear families, Many of us enjoy winter weather.....but it would be much better if it was spread out and didn't get dropped over the course of a couple days! Hopefully next week we will be able to get through our first full week without an inclement weather day!
